Guest Speaker (and What’s Upstate Ambassador), Hanka Grabovica Tells Her Story
What’s Upstate Ambassador, Hanka Grabovica was invited to speak at the Independence Day of Bosnia and Herzgovina celebration in Utica. Hanka said, “I am honored to have the opportunity to give a speech for March 1st Independence Day of Bosnia and Herzegovina at Kud Bosanska Mladost event. As someone who immigrated to America from Bosnia at the age of 16, I have a deep connection to my Bosnian heritage. I believe it is crucial to uphold our traditions, preserve our culture and language, and remember our roots. It is essential to stand together as Bosnians in unity, supporting each other through both good and challenge. By supporting each other and staying united, we can overcome challenges and celebrate our successes together. It’s crucial to stand up for one another and protect our Bosnian identity.
“Thank you for inviting me Kud Bosanska Mladost and keep adding value and making a difference in our youth lives and community!!”
Podržavajući jedni druge i ostajući ujedinjeni, možemo savladati izazove i zajedno proslaviti naše uspjehe.
