Munson recently partnered with Oneida County Tourism through its Digital Co-Op Marketing Program, an initiative designed to elevate the digital marketing reach of local attractions, ultimately boosting tourism across Oneida County. The results? A remarkable 10,500-visitor increase in just one year.
How the Digital Co-Op Marketing Program Works
The Digital Co-Op Marketing Program connects local attractions with Oneida County Tourism’s established digital marketing platforms. Participating organizations benefit from exposure on Visit Oneida County’s social media channels, email platform, and paid social campaigns. Additionally, partners gain access to a network of marketers, including C&D Advertising (C&D), the agency behind Oneida County Tourism’s advertising efforts.
Munson’s Success Story: A 14.5% Increase in Visitors
Representatives from Munson reported a 14.5% increase in attendance from 2023 to 2024, highlighting the effectiveness of integrating Oneida County Tourism’s digital co-op into their overall marketing strategies.
Katherine Laube, Director of Marketing and Communications at Munson, shared: “A 14.5% increase in museum visitation in one year is no small feat!
