Tell us about yourself! Who are you?: I am a lifelong Oneida County resident, married 50 years, and have four brothers and sisters, two children, and six grandkids. I have founded 35 businesses to date throughout the country but have always lived in Oneida County. I have been involved in numerous local start-ups, and I run a non-profit Foundation at MVCC to support students with scholarships and help with other financial needs of them. I have helped Wolfspeed executives on many fronts in their Fab start-up and helped them in hiring and training of new employees.
Why should we feature you?: I am a local entrepreneur who has started 35 businesses throughout the country and I always chose to live in Oneida County, I have had numerous successes and failures, and over the last ten years, I have focused on helping others succeed here. I am an eternal optimist who believes that I have made a difference and will continue to. I’m well-known in the community and love to spread the word about the quiet area we all live in.
What do you love about living here?: I love the quality of life here, the opportunities to be a success here, the willingness of others to help each other, the food, the Adirondacks, the professional sports teams, and the closeness to NYC and Boston. The great education opportunities here and the ethnicity.
What is Upstate, NY to you?: The best place in the country to live. I have owned second homes in Boston, Ft. Lauderdale, as well as Lake George and Old Forge, but Oneida County is where I chose to stay.

Why do YOU choose to live here?: The quality of life, the opportunities, and my friends and family here.

List some of your favorite, local “must-do” activities:: walk the canal, golf at Valley View, boat in Old Forge, Utica Comets and Utica College Hockey, Utica City FC, MWPAI, and eat at all the local ethnic restaurants.
Anything else you want to share?: I love the life my family and I have here and want others also to have it.
