Name: Carli
Age: 20s
Location: Utica
Occupation: Director of Philanthropy
What are your top 3 interests?: My top three interests are trying new local restaurants, exploring in the Adirondacks, and working out.
Tell us about yourself! Who are you?: I’m Carli, a 28-year-old Utican who loves this city and doing my part in helping it thrive! I work at a local non-profit in donor relations and am an Ambassador for Saranac Brewery, a fourth-generation family brewery that sold the first beer after prohibition. I am married with two dogs and own a home in Utica.
Why should we feature you?: I am positive, energetic, not camera shy and I’d say I know quite a bit of people! If that’s what you are looking for then I am a great fit! Also, no one loves this city as much as me. 🙂
What do you love about living here?: So many reasons; One reason is our location. I think of Utica as its own little downtown. There are so many great things going on in our little downtown, but a short drive in any direction gets you to somewhere great if you want to explore. Whether you want larger cities or mountains you can get there.
What is Upstate, NY to you?: Upstate NY is a beautiful area with lots of really great people.
Are you originally from here?: Yes
How long have you lived here?: My entire life.
Why do YOU choose to live here?: The people.
